The Panic Attack Site

Face Your Fears

Face Your Fears

This is a new section on the site and one I am quite excited about.

I have successfully managed to control my panic attacks and I am great at identifying the initial tingle and activating all that I have learnt to stop myself from slipping back to the darkest hours.

Now I have a new challenge.  2012 is going to be the year that I take a hold of the things which worry me and put in place steps to turn these from negatives to positives.  I am going to do this in stages.  My plan is to identify what is my biggest fear at the moment and turn it into a project of success and achievement.

Being realistic, I think this may take me a while – but I am going to make it something I embrace in 2012.  To keep me focussed I am going to create a whole section on this site the ‘Face Your Fears’ section, in this I will record what I am doing and how I am progressing.  I know that there is a big chance that no one will follow me or read this – but I also know that writing really helps me – and if just one person reads this and trys the same, I will know that I have achieved something.

As well as my progress I will link to any books or sites which I feel helping me and offering answers to the questions I am asking.
